Boston’s newest restaurant, Giratoria, has finally hit the streets. Located in the North End, Giratoria is a high-end, authentic Spanish restaurant that is bringing the big city a variety of traditional cuisines directly from Spain. What makes Giratoria unique is their ever-evolving menu, seeing new chefs and teams change up the menu every month in an effort to stay up to date on all the latest cravings of our clients. Visually, Giratoria is a fusion of both historical Spain and modern Boston, combining elements of old Spanish architecture with a sleek, modern, minimalist Boston. As the chefs rotate, so will their specialities, allowing for a diverse menu that shows off the many different styles of food found across the country of Spain; this could be seafood inspired one month or maybe tapa the next. Giratoria is delivering Boston the fullest, most-authentic Spanish experience it has been lacking.
